Arbitrators as Jurors

Robert T. Sullwold holds that securities arbitrators should be analogized to jurors rather than judges. In this article, he suggests that, like jurors, arbitrators should be provided instructions in the law and that such a process would promote rationality and predictability without sacrificing efficiency and finality.
